Intern Lead Generation/Data Research (f/m)

Your job:

The Lead Generation Intern is a supportive role in the Strategy, Planning and Analysis Department. You will generate qualified leads and proactively support the Business Development team in their prospecting efforts to build our pipeline with the goal of increasing the number of new business wins closed. Main duties will be data research via Internet and other sources to generate an ongoing list for potential Corporate Customers according to our criteria list. The results will have a direct impact on the sales process and the daily work of our Key Account Managers.

Your challenge:

• Generate new leads by conducting online research and using databases.
• Research, identify, qualify and categorize outbound and inbound leads from a wide variety of sources due to our criteria.
• Proactively research lead-generation methodologies, best practices and technologies to enhance strategy in terms of reach, effectiveness and ROI.
• Maintain and update internal CRM system (Salesforce) with lead information.
• Continuously seek ways to improve processes in terms of time, effort and cost.

You will excel in this role if you:

• Have passion and enthusiasm for data research in a fast-paced environment and are very internet savvy.
• Have a structured work approach and you are highly skilled in internet research.
• Are experienced with Microsoft Excel and basic SQL, and are all-around computer savvy.
• Are fluent in English.
• Have experience in Salesforce and analytical tools like Tableau (not mandatory).
• Possess the ability to multitask and prioritize your workload.
• Work autonomous within a team.
• Are based in Berlin and are ideally currently enrolled in business administration, economics or a similar field.
